As an experienced Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence and engaging with our vibrant community. Social Media Strategy
- Devise and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Work closely with the inter departmental teams to ensure that social media efforts are integrated seamlessly with other marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies that resonate with the target audience and drive reach, engagement and conversion.
- Regularly monitor and optimise social media profiles to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and curate compelling and shareable content, including images, videos, and articles, that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Leverage user-generated content and encourage customer participation to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators in the industry, aligning their values and audience with our brand image and target market.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target audience.
- Develop creative briefs and guidelines for content creators, ensuring that all content adheres to the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with content creators to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including sponsored content, product placements, and affiliate partnerships, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with relevant communities, organisations, and like-minded brands to amplify our brand's reach and engagement.
- Initiate and participate in community events, discussions, and initiatives both online and offline, demonstrating our brand's commitment to meaningful and impactful engagement.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing and cross-promotion within the community to foster a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Utilise various analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate regular reports that outline key performance metrics, trends, and insights to help optimise future strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide actionable recommendations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community by actively responding to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms.
- Implement community management best practices to build a strong rapport with our audience and cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Monitor online conversations and trends related to our brand and industry to proactively address any potential issues and maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Develop and manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimise spending and achieve predefined KPIs.
- 8 years of social media management experience
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in day-to-day management of various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Background in collaborating with content teams to create and curate compelling and shareable content.
- Proven track record in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Strong skills in fostering partnerships and collaborations with communities, organisations, and like-minded brands.
- Proficiency in utilising analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to actively respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across all social media platforms.
- Experience in developing and managing social media and influencer marketing budgets.
