About the Job
The Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our team at Comfort Works. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our community, and drive customer acquisition. You will be the voice of Comfort Works on social platforms, crafting content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Comfort Works' goals, targeting key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions, while analysing performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written posts that reflect our brand’s tone of voice and aesthetic.
  • Community Engagement: Manage and grow Comfort Works’ online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of connection and loyalty.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content is consistent with Comfort Works’ brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines.

The Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the e-commerce or home décor industries.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation in social media content, with a keen sense for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing trends and priorities.
  • A genuine interest in home décor, interior design, and sustainability is a plus.
